Michelle Valverde
Michelle Valverde is a seasoned real estate professional with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. Since 2007, she has been actively involved in the operations and management of multiple real estate companies, honing her expertise before obtaining her license in 2014. Her dedication to the field led her to earn her broker license in 2018. Michelle is the proud Owner and Broker of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Viridis Properties and Viridis Property Management- of which both companies focus on building relationships for a lifetime.
She has served several positions with her local board including in 2023 as the President of the Bakersfield Realtors. In addition, she is a Director of California Association of Realtors as well as a state political coordinator on behalf of Realtors in Kern County.
Michelle became named as an Executive Board Member for the newly formed Kern County Asian Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of the service based organization Bakersfield’s East Rotary....
