Diana L. Rugh, ABR, CRS is a seasoned Broker Associate with over four decades of real estate experience. She began her real estate career in 1980 in Arizona, where she built a successful business before selling it in 2002 to pursue her next chapter. Diana then acquired her California Broker’s license and relocated to Santa Cruz to be closer to her children and grandchildren.
She truly enjoys living in beautiful Santa Cruz County, surrounded by stunning beaches, majestic redwoods, and abundant nature. Diana’s deep industry knowledge, combined with her ABR and CRS designations, reflects her commitment to professionalism, client advocacy, and exceptional service in every transaction.
