I am originally from Peru and my primary language is Spanish. I immigrated to this country in 1992 and in 2004 I decided to obtain my Real Estate license so that I could help many Spanish-speaking people who wanted to buy their house and obtain the services of a Realtor who speaks their language. There is nothing better than seeing the smiles on the faces of my clients when they are handed over the keys to their new home. Also seeing the satisfaction of the sellers who I have represented over the years by obtaining the maximum exposure of their property which is a great feeling for me and it has become my mission in life helping others through real estate either buying or selling. In all these years I have not only helped people who speak Spanish and English but also had the opportunity to represent clients from countries such as Syria and India. My profession is statistical engineering and the familiarity with the means of marketing on the internet that we currently have like Facebook, Google and other sites help me to obtain better pricing for the buyer and the seller.
