Prior to real estate, Cathy spent 22 years in education and educational leadership which gave her the patience, adaptability and skills to guide people through complex, often emotional processes.

Cathy and her family have also owned a second home in southern Vermont for almost 20 years and she has a strong knowledge of second home-ownership and 1031 exchanges as well as great connections for most anything you need in Vermont.
