I have Innovative marketing ideas which allow me to succeed even where others have failed. For example, I have sold several properties in a few weeks to as little as 4 days that had been listed with other Agents for extended periods of time, some as many as 5 years. This all was achieved through my ability to analyze the prior marketing flaws of previous agents and to pinpoint their weaknesses in order to apply my successful marketing strategies. I feel being straight forward and honest with my clients is the best approach to facilitate a speedy transaction. My strong negotiating skills, which stem from my sales experience, have brokered the fairest value for my Clients homes. My Clients have also told me that I am very punctual with responding to their inquiries in a timely matter. I am a BOLD graduate and member of Greater Hartford Association of Realtors (GHAR) and CTMLS. I have been married for 27 years and have a son who is a English teacher in New Milford middle school. I am a Connecticut Native and have resided for over 28 years in East Hampton. My passion outside the office is Classic cars which I have a 1968 Oldsmobile 442 convertible that I showcase at Car Shows and Cruise nights....
