My name is Caroline Sanchez I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2021. I am a mother of three and a grandma to a Yorkie Poo named Rue. As a parent and homeowner myself, I understand that your home is more than just a place to live — it’s where you make long-lasting memories.
When I bought my first home I was a bit scared because I didn't know the process. I also didn't know then the benefits of owning a home, and after owning my home a few years now, I wish I had purchased sooner. My first clients gave me the opportunity to sell their first home of thirty years and find them their dream retirement residence, and just as the Realtor that helped me with the purchase of my first home. I helped my clients navigate through the home buying and selling process, with the end result only being a wonderful experience.
What I love about this business is not only the feeling of helping people, but genuinely getting to know them while being open and honest and transparent through the process. I am passionate about what I do and I'm honored that many of my clients have now become my friends.
