Hello, I am Debra Schmidt but please call me Debbie. I moved from New York City to Connecticut 17 years ago. We wanted to give our young daughters fresh air with plenty of room to grow, and Fairfield County was the perfect place to put down roots. I love to cook big Italian dinners for my family and friends. I enjoy working out but enjoy it more once done. I volunteered for 15 years, attending community meetings, leading school activities and chaired PTA Membership for many of those years. 2020 has been an unusual year but it has given me the opportunity to become a licensed Real Estate Agent, something I have been talking about for many years. I am a people person and yes, a cliché, but nevertheless true. In only my second week as a Real Estate Agent, I got my first offer. I was very honored to learn that my new client, of only one week, was speaking highly of me to a colleague. I will ensure that all my clients are happy with the services I provide and the meaningful relationship I will build.
