Alda was born in Brazil and has been a Florida resident for the last 31 years. For the past 20<br>years Alda and her husband owned and managed successful furniture Stores in south Florida<br>catering for the diverse and ever changing communities of Broward and Palm Beach Counties,<br>she moved to Orlando in 2013.<br>Alda has developed a passion for Real estate and her transition to Realtor has been a natural<br>fit, as a result of her customer service focused business experience and from buying and selling<br>her own personal properties.<br>Alda is committed to personal customer service and believe that success comes from building<br>relationships, understand how unique each client and their needs are, and she wants to offer<br>her clients the confidence of a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor who will work hard in her<br>clients best interest. She has a passion for serving others with a heart of gratitude.<br>For the past 5 years Alda and her husband have created and run a 501C-3 foundation that<br>donates Lightning Alerting systems to schools throughout the State of Florida, to ensure kids<br>are safe during sports activities in the lightning Capital of the world.<br>She looks forward to work with buyers, sellers, professionals relocating to the area or locals<br>and foreign investors, serving Celebration, Windermere, Winter Garden and Clermont.<br>In her private time Alda enjoy spending time with her husband, daughter and 2 cats, she loves<br>exploring the Greater Orlando Attractions, Parks, restaurants and the natural beauty that Florida<br>has to offer.
