Kim Carney
Kim and her husband Jim moved to Flagler Beach in 2000. They had the opportunity to move anywhere on the east coast of the United States and decided on Flagler Beach. Kim's stepchildren and grandchildren visit Flagler County often. They love the quiet beach! Her education includes a BS in Medical Technology from Fitchburg State, an MBA degree from Western New England College and an Accounting Degree from Delaware Technical Community College. Kim's work experience includes many years of management, sales, marketing and accounting. Kim is very involved in the community. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Palm Coast. Kim served on the Governing Board of the Flagler Auditorium. She was a commissioner in Flagler Beach for 9 years. Kim currently serves on the board for the Flagler Fellowship of Christian Athletes. As a Realtor® for the past 3 years she has earned the specialties of Sellers Representative Specialist, Military Relocation Professional and Pricing Strategy Advisor and most recently obtained the National Association of Realtors C2EX, Realtors® Commitment to Excellence designation. Having completed numerous transactions her customers are pleased with my skills and my attention to detail. Many customers have become my friends. Working in the northeast area of Florida is a gift! This area takes you back to “old time” Florida with quiet beaches, Spanish moss draping from Southern Live Oaks, quaint communities and family owned restaurants.
