Chad grew up in Keystone Heights and has lived in the Gainesville area most of his life. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Journalism and Communications and worked as a television director before returning to graduate school to obtain his MBA. Chad then worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist with Discovery Communications before getting his real estate license.
As an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist for 10 years, Chad’s position required him to work with great attention to detail, planning, and problem-solving and to have a keen awareness and understanding of the needs of his customers. Now, as a real estate professional, Chad puts these same skills to great use while assisting his customers and making their home buying and selling experience a stress-free one.
Chad and his wife are proud to raise their three children in this area, and they love the Gainesville community. He is active in his church and enjoys working with children and coaching youth sports. In his free time, Chad enjoys waterskiing, playing sports, woodworking, and spending time with family.
Chad believes that real estate is about relationships. He sincerely cares about helping people and is dedicated to making his customers’ real estate experiences smooth and enjoyable.
