For Erica Sullivan, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes, it's about helping people take the next step in their lives.
Erica began her real estate career in new construction as a site agent with Lennar Homes, where she quickly established herself as one of the company's top sales professionals. That experience gave her an extensive understanding of the new-construction process, from builder contracts and incentives to financing, inspections, and the many details that come with purchasing a brand-new home.
In 2018, Erica transitioned into general real estate sales so she could pursue what she enjoyed most: helping buyers achieve the dream of homeownership while having the freedom to represent clients throughout Northeast Florida rather than within a single community.
Today, Erica is recognized as one of the area's most experienced new-construction professionals and has developed particular expertise working with VA buyers. She has a genuine passion for serving active-duty military members, veterans, and their families and understands the unique considerations that can accompany a military move and VA-financed purchase. Her production and service have earned recognition from local homebuilders, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and Veterans United.
Over the course of her career, Erica has closed more than 200 transactions representing more than $56 million in sales volume as a Realtor® and close to 500 transactions as a new construction site agent for Lennar. With the overwhelming majority of those transactions on the buyer side. That experience allows her to bring a seasoned perspective to first-time buyers, military families, new-construction buyers, sellers, and experienced homeowners alike.
A Fleming Island resident, Erica serves clients throughout Jacksonville, Fleming Island, Orange Park, St. Johns County, the Beaches, and communities across Northeast Florida. Her local knowledge, builder background, and years of transaction experience allow her to help clients compare not simply houses, but communities, builders, financing options, and the long-term considerations that go into making a smart real estate decision.
Outside of real estate, Erica's greatest priority is her family. She and her husband, John, are raising their four children, Jack, Luke, Aubree, and Berklee in Fleming Island. As both a real estate professional and a Northeast Florida resident raising a family of her own, Erica understands that finding the right home is ultimately about finding the right place to build a life....
