Associate Real Estate Broker
Lakewood Ranch, FL
A native Floridian, Blair grew up along Florida’s beautiful Nature Coast, where he developed a lifelong appreciation for the state’s communities, waterways, and unique way of life. These days he hangs out in Bonita Springs where his wife, Jody, and he own a second home. Although Blair now lives in Fremont, Nebraska, Florida will always be an important part of his life, and he is proud to bring his personal connection to the state into his real estate business.
Family is an important part of his life. His married daughter, her husband, and their two children live nearby, while his son lives in Houston, Texas. His wife and he also share their home with two French bulldogs, who keep life entertaining.
Blair has been a licensed Nebraska real estate professional since 2019. His approach to real estate is built on honesty, communication, practical experience, and a genuine desire to help people make confident decisions. Whether a client is buying, selling, or investing, he believes every successful real estate transaction begins with trust and a clear understanding of the client’s goals.
Before entering real estate, Blair worked in the grain industry from 1978 through 2017 with the last 10 years that time period working as an independent consultant to smaller grain companies around the Midwest. That career taught him the importance of hard work, integrity, long-term relationships, and careful attention to changing markets. From 2016 through 2022, he also owned and operated two pizzerias in Omaha. His experience as a business owner gave him an even greater appreciation for customer service, financial responsibility, problem-solving, and the commitment required to successfully operate a business.
Community service is a central part of Blair’s personal and professional life. He currently serves as a member of the Fremont City Council and on the boards of Rebuilding Together Platte Valley East, the Kiwanis Club of Fremont, and the Fremont YMCA Foundation. Past service includes the board of the Fremont Creative Collective and as a housing commissioner for the Fremont Housing Agency. These roles have given him valuable insight into housing, neighborhood development, local government, and the importance of building strong and welcoming communities.
Blair is also a member of Sinai Lutheran Church, where he serves on the audit committee. In his free time, Blair is an avid reader and fisherman who enjoys spending time outdoors and continuing to learn.
His diverse background in agriculture, business ownership, public service, housing, and real estate allows Blair to offer clients a practical and well-rounded perspective. Most importantly, he strives to treat every client with respect, provide straightforward guidance, and build relationships that last well beyond the closing table....
