Relocating to Sarasota, FL 35 years ago, I bought my first property and within a year, bought the house next to mine as a rental property. Over the years, I have bought, sold, managed, and always maintained income producing properties. I have worked with owners regarding their purchase of properties, some owners living in Sri Lanka, England, France and locally. What a joy it is years later to turn back the property so that these owners can retire here in beautiful Sarasota. Or sell these properties in the up market. I love this area, having raised my children here, and now enjoy my grandchildren. If Im not photographing your house, I may be looking through the lens at the butterflies at Selby or in my home garden. If Im not maintaining properties, I am at my watercolor table, cheerfully mixing colors that I soon think now that is a fresh color for a bedroom wall! Ah, and then in the midst of juggling all that realtors do, I take my yoga class and go back to gratitude. Looking forward to working with you!
