Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Tonya had the unique opportunity to witness firsthand the incredible growth and development not only of Sarasota, Manatee, and Lakewood Ranch, but all the way down the Southwest Florida coast to Marco Island.
Throughout her career, Tonya worked across various industries—from interning at Fox TV Channel 28 in Fort Myers to sales and marketing roles with companies like Crate & Barrel, Panama Jack, State of Florida, Outback Steakhouse, 3M Industrial OEM Manufacturing, and Tommy Bahama.
Those experiences naturally led Tonya into real estate, where she initially worked with a new home builder alongside Kolter Homes as a Project Admin/Coordinator/Manager for Artistry Sarasota and Cresswind Lakewood Ranch, a 55+ community. That’s where she discovered her true passion: helping families turn houses into homes.
Today, as a seasoned Realtor® serving Southwest Florida, Tonya is proud to bring a unique blend of design expertise, marketing knowledge, and deep local insight to every client she works with.
