Eric Flora’s connection to Pensacola began in 1980 during a family vacation to Perdido Key—a trip that included his first jet-ski ride on Pensacola Beach. Originally from Upstate New York, Eric returned to the Gulf Coast many times throughout his youth before finally making Pensacola his permanent home in 2004. Having lived in places like Waco and Dallas TX, Hollywood and Chico CA, he has experienced the unique charm of diverse communities across the country. But it was Pensacola—with its unmatched beauty, sense of community, and coastal lifestyle—that truly felt like home.
For nearly 20 years, Eric dedicated his career to Workforce Development, serving as a Jobs & Benefits Administrator for the State of Florida and later as Chief Operating Officer for the local Career Center. In those roles, he helped individuals build brighter futures through education and employment support. Now entering the real estate field, Eric brings that same passion for helping others to every client interaction. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer or matching someone with the perfect vacation property, Eric is committed to making dreams of homeownership a reality in the place he loves most—Pensacola.
