Winnie Oloni
Winnie has lived in Georgia for 13 years. With over 20 years in the Accounting Industry, and a career which spans 3 continents, Winnie obtained her first degree, Bachelor of Science in Accounting in Nigeria, then proceeded to the UK where she became a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of England and Wales. She relocated to the USA, where she obtained an MBA and her Certified Public Accounting License (CPA) in the State of Georgia. She has worked and continues to work with small businesses and individuals in a variety of industries providing accounting, payroll, and tax solutions. Interest in Real Estate developed during this time, and the desire to learn more about this industry and be a player within this space grew. During this period, she purchased her own home and sort to understand the intricacies of owning real estate. Winnie made a leap to become a realtor as a result with a view to assist families be homeowners like her. By pairing her real estate knowledge with the support of the largest real estate company in Georgia, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, Winnie offers her clients everything they need – real estate, mortgage, insurance and closing services. Her goal is to provide clients with the knowledge to make an informed decision during the buy or sell process and assist them from start to finish leaving them with a memorable experience. Winnie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® (NAMAR). Winnie enjoys traveling, reading, personal development and spending time with her family. She also has a not-for-profit organization (Wings for Life, Inc.) focused on empowering widows in Nigeria.
