Mike Busik, Jr
Born and raised in Southern California, I relocated to Atlanta in the early 90s and never looked back. More than 25 years in real estate have turned my relocation story into my career focus. Today I lead the Relocation Department at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, one of the largest brokerages in Georgia, with more than 27 offices and about 2500 Realtors.
I manage a network of highly trained agents serving Metro Atlanta and surrounding markets, supporting both corporate and consumer driven moves.
I drive programs with some of the largest relocation management companies in the world, along with major lender referral and affinity programs. Our partnerships create steady lead flow, strong conversion and long term value for both clients and corporations.
My role blends leadership and execution. I develop agents to deliver an elevated relocation experience through market knowledge, clear communication and a client first approach. I work directly with corporate, referral and affinity partners to ensure the right match, the right support and results that speak for themselves.
Relocation comes with moving parts and moving emotions. My goal is to make the transition smooth, informed and stress free for every client....
