With more than 13 years of real estate experience and over 40 years of professional experience in nuclear power, energy, and information technology, Pat Goodwin brings a unique combination of business expertise, community leadership, and real estate knowledge to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners.
Throughout his real estate career, Pat has successfully closed more than 152 transactions totaling over $32 million in sales. A consistent Top Producer and Presidents Club honoree, he was also named the 2024 REALTORS® of Greater Augusta REALTOR® of the Year.
Pat believes real estate is about much more than a transaction. His passion is helping people confidently navigate the process of buying, selling, or renting a home and serving as a trusted resource throughout each step of the journey. His experience also extends to commercial real estate, allowing him to assist clients with a wide range of real estate needs.
Deeply invested in the real estate industry, Pat has served as both a local and state Director for REALTORS® of Greater Augusta and previously chaired the RPAC and Community Outreach Committees. His commitment to leadership and service extends throughout the CSRA, with past leadership roles including Chair of the Augusta Technical College Board of Directors, Leadership Columbia County, and the Columbia County Convention & Visitors Bureau. He has also served on the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Columbia County Economic Development Committee and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Augusta University Retiree Association Board of Directors.
