Peggy Jarrett
Peggy entered the real estate profession in 1981, obtaining her license in Columbia, S.C. In 1983 Peggy and her family relocated to Martinez, GA. Upon making the move to the Augusta area, she joined the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. After several years in real estate she began to focus on New Home Sales, Acquisition, & Development. In 1998 and 1999, she was recognized by the Sales and Marketing Council for over one million dollars in New Home Sales. In 2006 Peggy was the recipient of the Century 21 Honor Society Award for consistent sales production and has been the recipient of 5 Century 21 Centurion Awards recognizing her outstanding real estate production in the CSRA. She also served as Vice President of the local Century 21 franchise beginning in 2009- 2019. She currently holds the designation of Cartus Network Certified Relocation Specialist. Peggy attributes her success to her desire to educate and guide her customers and clients throughout their real estate experience. Having been a military spouse, she has a unique insight into the role of a military dependent and knows the sacrifices the family members make in support of our military and the great nation they serve. During her affiliation with the military she often heard the phrase "The military did not issue you a family". Although true, many active duty and government employees do have families which frequently find it necessary to make a move in support of their loved one. Peggy's commitment is to provide professional assistance to these families thus making the transition to a new duty station as stress free and seamless as possible. Peggy takes a tremendous amount of pride in her membership and her support of the American Legion Post 192 in Evans, GA. She enjoys fundraising and volunteering at the Legion and is proud of the support the organization provides for former and active duty service members. In January of 2019 Peggy began her career with Better Homes and Garden Executive Partners after 21 years with the local Century 21 Franchise. Peggy is looking forward to this new affiliation as she continues to provide quality, professional, real estate services to her past, present, and future clients.
