I have extensive experience in luxury homes sales and new homes sales and management. Although I enjoyed the management side of real estate, my true passion is in sales. I am typically ranked as a top 20 agent in the greater Savannah market place (out of 1300 agents). Prior to being the #1 Coldwell Banker Agent in the state of Georgia was voted a "40 under 40" by the Business Report and Journal. In addition, Steffany has served on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah and the Savannah Board of REALTORS.
