I moved to the Big Island from Washington State in 2002. I flew for the airlines for many years and my love for aviation drew me to Mokulele Airlines when I arrived here. I assisted with operations for several years. I got my real estate license in 2007 and my brokers license a few years after that. I specialize in the gold coast resort area and private homes and lots up through Kohala Ranch. I service as far South as Ocean View, North to Kapaau, East to Laupahoehoe, to include Waimea and Waikoloa Village. I have extensive experience guiding Sellers in preparing their home for sale to receive top dollar. I get great pleasure educating Buyers on the different areas of the island. It really helps to learn their taste and what they are looking for so I can be their "boots on the ground" when new properties come available. I go the extra mile to help Buyers & Sellers realize their real estate dreams before, during and after the sale. My office has the best exposure on the island for Seller's at Mauna Lani Shops. We are in every issue of Homes & Land and advertise on all the major sites including 102 portals in 60 Countries.
