My name is Desmond Cura, but most know me as Dez. I am married to Tinamarie Kepo'o Cura, and we have two wonderful sons. I was born and raised on Guam, but Hawaii is home now as I have been living here since 2010.
On June 25, 2002, I began my enlistment in the U.S. Coast Guard, and have proudly served for the past 20 years, having achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer. During my time in the Coast Guard, I have served in several enlisted leadership positions, which has helped me understand the value of clear and concise communication, the ability to problem-solve, and most importantly to look out for others. I am confident in my ability to transfer these skills over to my new career as Real Estate Associate to ensure that I will better serve you as my client as I seek to gain your trust. It is my belief that this would create a solid foundation to do business together and form new friendships and know that I will always treat you with respect and honor the time you afford me.
Outside of my career I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons outdoors. Which include beach trips, mountain biking, motocross, golf, and hiking just to name a few. As a family we also take pride in giving back to our community by volunteering our time with our church by participating in community clean-ups and distributing food to low-income communities.
