I am proud to hold the prestigious CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), a distinction earned by only about 4% of Realtors nationwide. In recognition of my dedication and expertise, I was honored as the Iowa CRS of the Year. I also hold the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation, further enhancing my ability to advocate for my clients.
My commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond my clients. I have served as President of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors, the Board of Directors at the Iowa Association of Realtors, along with numerous other committees.
