Born and raised in the Council Bluffs Metro area, I am deeply rooted in the community and passionate about helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process as effortless as possible.
I am proud to hold the prestigious CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), a distinction earned by only about 4% of Realtors nationwide. In recognition of my dedication and expertise, I was honored as the Iowa CRS of the Year. I also hold the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation, further enhancing my ability to advocate for my clients.
My commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond my clients. I have served as President of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors, the Board of Directors at the Iowa Association of Realtors, along with numerous other committees. Honesty and integrity are my guiding principles, and I believe in staying in touch with my clients long after closing day.
