My real estate career started in 2004 as an on site agent with Blackstead Building Company selling homes for John L Scott in Southwest Boise. I was thrown into the whirlwind of the new construction market, where I had to learn on the fly..best thing that could have ever happened to me. I spent three great years during the height of the real estate market, learning the ins and outs of the new construction industry. I then branched out to sell homes in the prestigious Hidden Springs Community. In 2008, when the market turned for the worse, I moved my focus to Sonata Hills and Hazelwood Village communities, where I was able to represent multiple builders in a wide range of price points. In 2010 I was lucky enough to market multiple builders in Spurwing Greens, where I got my first taste of a Country Club lifestyle. Through my career, I have been able to represent most of the finest builders and developers in the Treasure Valley and also nurture countless buyers through the process of building or buying their dream home. I have developed life long relationships with the MLS Realtor community, by going above and beyond, to service them and their clients during each transaction. I truly believe in our industry, that all you have is your good name and I strive everyday to earn that trust with everyone I touch in this industry, from buyer's, to builders and developers, fellow agents from all brokerages, to sub contractors, appraisers, inspectors, lenders and Title and Escrow. We are all a BIG family that are working hand in hand to do what we love. I provide a service in this industry and my focus will always be new construction..."Building Trust through product knowledge" is my motto, but building relationships and dreams is really what it is all about!
