Michael Stockhaus
Hey there, it's Michael Stockhaus! I learned everything about small business from my amazing parents - Helmuth and Theresa - who ran a successful service station for almost four decades. After moving to sunny Florida during my teenage years, I quickly found myself immersed in the world of executive management. I've held leadership positions at both Winn Dixie and AMC Theaters, while also gaining invaluable sales experience as an outside rep for a janitorial company and working as a proof consultant for Olan Mills.
Speaking of Olan Mills, that's where I met the love of my life, Cindy, on a blind date photo shoot! We've been happily married for 29 years and are raising two wonderful kids - Eric, a realtor on the Stockhaus Team, and Grace, a bright student at Indiana State. My wife Cindy and I were relocated to Indiana in 2010 by AMC Theaters, and after 15 years in the corporate world, I decided to join Cindy in Real Estate in 2013. Since then, we've helped over 750 sellers and buyers in the Greater Central Indiana Market, and we're still going strong! In 2019, Eric Stockhaus joined our team, and right before the Covid pandemic hit, Cindy and I joined the Mike Ferry organization to keep growing our business. In 2020, I became the branch manager for Carpenter Realtors in Indianapolis, and I also serve as the operations manager for The Stockhaus Team. As a listing agent, I love helping people find the perfect home or sell their current one for the best price.
Our team has continued to grow, and in 2022 we welcomed Kenny Hamblin and our full- time Administrative Assistant Mercy Barecante. We pride ourselves on using cutting- edge technology and old-fashioned work ethic to provide the best customer service possible. When I'm not focused on my work, I love to indulge in some of my favorite pastimes. First off, there's my beloved boxer Roxy - she's a big part of my life and always keeps things interesting. Another thing you might find me doing is traveling to different locations for Mike Ferry coaching events. I love to make the most of these trips by staying a few extra days and really exploring the area. I have to say, Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach are two of my absolute favorites - if you haven't been, you're missing out! And last but definitely not least, my secret pleasure is watching anime with my daughter Grace. Nothing beats some quality time with her and a good show.
