I am licensed to sell real estate in Ohio and Indiana, and I have a moving van that all of my sellers and buyers are free to use upon the closing of your transaction. I have been in the real estate business since 2000, and I have received numerous awards for my sales volume. I live in the New Paris Ohio area and my family also lives close by. I own my own office in New Paris at 125 South Washington St. to better serve you but also work out of the Richmond, Indiana and Eaton, Ohio offices. I feel I know the local market better than anyone since I live and work in this area. I am an active member of the New Paris Chamber of Commerce, a Jefferson Township Trustee entering into my 3rd term, a member of the St John's Catholic Church, past coach of the Jefferson Township Booster Club, a major fund raiser and supporter for the St Paul UMC Community Food Bank, past president of the Northwest Emergency Services Board of Trustees. I owned and operated Sweet Refuse for over 21 years, serving Preble, Wayne and Darke counties.
