Rick Bowers
A native of Kansas City Missouri, I grew up working in my father's excavating business (digging basements, doing roadwork, sculpting the landscape, basically playing in the dirt). I was fortunate to work with many of the areas best builders, developers and contractors on both sides of the State Line while watching the Metropolitan area grow. After graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, I worked in the Restaurant Industry for a few years, ending up in Dallas Texas as a manager for Houlihan's Old Place. Deciding to make a career change to Real Estate, I moved back to the Greater Kansas City area and as they say, the rest is history. Having traveled around the country over the years, I truly appreciate the easy-going lifestyle and true affordability of Kansas City in relation to the rest of the country. I thoroughly enjoy helping other people with their Real Estate needs, whether they're 1st time buyers or experienced veterans. I appreciate the trust so many people have placed in me over the years and am truly proud to call Kansas City home.
