Lauren Callahan
Lauren Callahan is a Central Louisiana Realtor with a passion for helping people navigate big decisions with confidence. Originally from New Orleans, Lauren came to Central Louisiana for college and, after living in other parts of the world, chose to return and make the area home. She has spent roughly a decade living in the region, where she has built her career and raised her family.
With a background in counseling, education, and wellness, Lauren is a thoughtful listener who takes the time to understand what her clients are looking for—and what matters most to them. She combines that personal approach with careful preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to making the buying or selling process feel informed rather than overwhelming.
Outside of real estate, Lauren is a mom, doctoral student, endurance athlete, and nutrition researcher. She enjoys running Louisiana's trails, exploring Kisatchie National Forest, and tending to her small farm of chickens, bees, vegetables, and blueberries.
