An attorney since 1979, I acquired my broker's license 20 years ago and in 2002 began working full-time in residential real estate in Winchester, MA, and surrounding towns. As a 30 year Winchester resident, I am most familiar with my town's market but also list and sell real estate in Arlington, Lexington, Stoneham and Medford so follow those markets closely as well. I consider it a privilege to advise and assist people contemplating a major change in their housing situation. I interact with others necessary to the real estate closing process by managing dates, deadlines, and complex details for my clients to make their home transition as smooth as possible. I am consistently available by email, text and phone. I take my responsibilities and my duties to my clients very seriously and consider fairness to the public a mandate. Although Realtors in Massachusetts are permitted to practice "dual agency," I commit to represent only ONE side of a single transaction: I represent you, my client, either as buyer or as seller. Specialties I work with both home sellers and buyers, and enjoy assisting first-time home buyers through the process of their first purchase. I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist and represent seniors in preparing their home for marketing and sale and transitioning to a condo or continuing care environment. Although Realtors in Massachusetts are permitted to do so, I do not practice "dual agency"; my clients know that I will represent only one side of any single transaction.
