Ally Karter
Dynamic with a strong work ethic, Allyson "Ally" Schade Karter launched her real estate career in 2007 during the most challenging economic times in decades. Always the optimist, Ally learned well by dedicating herself to her clients and the profession, and sells millions annually. She credits her success to personal attention to her clients and a fervent regard for ethics. Also the Regional Sales Director for the Masiello Augusta and Auburn offices, Ally is responsible for coaching and guiding her team, and works with each agent to inspire them to grow and succeed.
Ally grew up in Augusta and after graduating from the University of New Hampshire, lived her professional career in the greater Kennebec Valley area. Thriving in the nonprofit field as an expert in philanthropy, her major projects included the Trek Across Maine, MaineGeneral’s Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care, and Educare Central Maine. After starting real estate, she quickly realized that helping people find their perfect home is much like matching donors with a mission—each transaction is individual and unique. Her personal mission now is to create the best possible outcome for each of her clients and her team, with whom she works closely to understand their goals.
