Real Estate Salesperson
Augusta, ME
With roots deeply planted in Maine’s stunning coastline and a heart drawn to the vibrant communities of the Kennebec region, Emily Wotton brings a uniquely personal and professional touch to real estate. As a proud member of the Better Homes and Gardens Masiello Group, Emily is driven by a strong work ethic, a deep sense of integrity, and a heartfelt commitment to helping her clients find not just a house—but a place to truly call home.
Emily grew up in the coastal town of Thomaston, Maine, where she began her education at the Laura Libby School. As her mother advanced in her career after completing her degree, the family moved to Waldoboro—a place Emily feels incredibly fortunate to have called home during her formative years. From a young age, Emily was blessed to be raised by two incredible role models who instilled in her the values of kindness, perseverance, and selflessness. Her parents, who always went above and beyond to help others, taught her the importance of giving the shirt off your back to anyone who may need it. Their actions spoke louder than words, and Emily has carried these life lessons into everything she does—both personally and professionally.
Driven and self-motivated, Emily graduated from high school early and pursued higher education in Southern Maine. It was during this time that Emily discovered a deep interest in the business world, particularly in the art of sales and human connection. She quickly realized that her talent for building relationships and understanding people’s needs could be powerfully applied to real estate. The idea of helping others achieve their dreams through one of life’s biggest milestones—buying or selling a home—resonated deeply. Once she identified real estate as her true calling, Emily pursued it with unwavering determination, never backing down from the hard work it took to turn her vision into reality.
At home, Emily is surrounded by the people and pets who keep her grounded and inspired: her loyal black lab, Alvin; her hilariously pesky kitty, Elvis; and her supportive boyfriend, who encourages her to reach new heights every day. Together, they embrace all that Maine has to offer—whether hitting the slopes in winter, enjoying local trails in summer, or savoring cozy evenings filled with Emily’s homemade baked goods.
Her previous career in wine sales sharpened her skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and market insight—tools she now uses to expertly guide clients through the buying and selling process. With a calm presence, clear communication, and keen attention to detail, Emily ensures that her clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
Emily doesn’t just work in real estate—she lives it. She brings warmth, wisdom, and a genuine passion for helping people into every interaction, creating a real estate experience that’s as
smooth and rewarding as it is successful. Despite being only 23 years old, Emily offers a depth of perspective and emotional intelligence that far exceeds her age—qualities that allow her to connect meaningfully with clients from all walks of life and confidently navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape.
