Phil brings 15+ years of experience to the Real Estate industry and is a member of the Member of the Greater Bangor Association of Realtors. Shortly after becoming a Realtor, Phil became a landlord and a member of the Greater Bangor Apartment Owners and Managers Association. He has flipped six homes in this timeframe as well. Phil started his Real Estate Career with Coldwell Banker before joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group’s Bangor office where he continues to thrive. Phil has experience with Single Family homes, Multi-Family homes, Waterfront, Land, Camps, Foreclosures, Mobile Homes, Short Sales and more. He is a certified HUD agent and can represent buyers for HUD properties. He also has accounts with almost all REO servicing companies with homes in the Greater Bangor area including HomePath, HudHomeStore, Auction.com and more. Phil knows and understands the lengthy paperwork requirements to buy foreclosed property. Phil enjoys working with all buyers and sellers. He particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers as well as first time investors. He personally owns and managements investment property, both multi-family and single family investments.
