Marianne Williams
Marianne was born in Helsinki, Finland, with Swedish as her first language and Finnish as her second. She has been a resident of the United States since 1961, with dual Finnish and US Citizenship since 2005. Marianne attended Harpur College in New York, Boston University, Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and Goddard College in Vermont. After being the assistant to a major architect/land developer in Vermont and ten years of marriage she divorced in 1974, went on to be a single mother raising her one child while working in Aspen, Colorado in the Home Fashion/Retail Sales and Art Gallery field.
Marianne has more than thirty years of experience in sales and marketing, design and manufacturing, management and training of staff. She has developed and set up systems for improving efficiency, organization and communication.
She joined the Real Estate business back in 1999 with Town & Country, Realtors in Belfast, Maine. She has continued with her love for Real Estate and is also involved in property management and importing. Marianne stayed with the Town & Country family when Better Homes and Gardens took over and shortly thereafter became Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group. She enjoys volunteering in the community including work in cultural, educational and civic areas.
