Denise Hardy
Denise Hardy grew up in Northern New Jersey, where she developed an early appreciation for construction and craftsmanship while working alongside her grandfather, a finish carpenter. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Montclair State College and built a strong foundation in business administration while raising her family.
After relocating to Massachusetts, Denise obtained her real estate license in the early 2000's. Since then, she has successfully represented both buyers and sellers, guiding clients in leveraging residential real estate as a strategic tool for building and sustaining generational wealth. Her experience spans a wide range of property types and market conditions, allowing her to provide knowledgeable, results-driven guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
Over the past decade, Denise and her family have established their permanent home in Southern Maine. She remains deeply committed to serving her clients with integrity, market expertise, and a long-term wealth-building perspective, while enjoying time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
