Kathleen has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She started her career as a real estate appraiser and worked in that role both in Boston and Southern Maine for 12 years. For the past 20 years, she has been a consistent top producer helping her clients navigate their housing needs. Kathleen is an active community member having volunteered her time in her children's schools, in her church, and in Greater Portland's adult education. Kathleen's husband, Ken, is a Portland attorney (both alumni of Boston College) and they have two grown sons, Will and Matty (who attended Cape schools K-12). In her free time, you will find her on the tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, or walking to and from the various lighthouses.
