Holly Greenleaf Whitney
Born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Holly brings a unique combination of education, counseling, and relationship-building skills to her real estate career. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from West Chester University and went on to achieve her Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University.
After seven years as an elementary school teacher, Holly and her husband moved to Downeast Maine in 1999 where they lived and worked for the past 26 years and raised their three children. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, she first served as a family therapist and later as a high school-based mental health clinician. Through this work, she developed a deep appreciation for building trust, fostering open communication, and guiding people toward achieving their goals—skills that now serve her well in real estate.
Holly values the natural beauty, community spirit, and close-knit culture of rural Maine, where she raised her three children. She understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a home, and she is passionate about helping buyers discover their dream property or assisting sellers in achieving their goals.
