Mark Harold
Capt. Mark Harold began to pursue his passion in real estate after a successful career in the Yachting Industry. Capt. Mark and crew have voyaged over 150,000 sea miles in the command and care of multi- million dollar yachts. Problem solving and excellent communication skills are routine. Mark's many years of complex project management experience have contributed to his excellent negotiating skills, understanding of contractual requirements and a team approach to help you to navigate this important and very personal transaction. Mark works with buyers, sellers and investors in southern Maine. A particular area of expertise are waterfront properties, including the sometimes complex regulatory requirements.
