Before entering residential real estate, Steve built a successful career in corporate real estate management with one of the nation’s leading life insurance companies, where he was responsible for contract negotiations and site selection for the company’s sales offices across all 50 states. That background laid the foundation for his reputation as a skilled negotiator with exceptional attention to detail. Steve specializes in luxury homes and condominiums, as well as guiding first-time homebuyers through the process with clarity and confidence. His clients consistently praise his expert negotiating skills, meticulous approach, and deep understanding of market dynamics, qualities that help deliver successful outcomes in both competitive and nuanced market conditions. An active leader in the real estate profession, Steve has served in multiple leadership roles with the York County Council of the Maine Association of REALTORS®, including Council President, and as a Director of the Maine Association of REALTORS®.
