Steve Bousquet brings a unique blend of corporate and residential real estate experience to his work. After years in corporate real estate management with a leading national life insurance company—where he negotiated contracts and opened sales offices across all 50 states—he transitioned into residential brokerage. Starting as a sales agent, then becoming a broker and later owning a brokerage, Steve has gained hands-on expertise in every aspect of the business.
He holds licenses in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont and serves as lead instructor with the Real Estate Institute of New England, teaching pre-licensing courses and continuing education across the region. In 2024, Steve was honored as York County Council’s Realtor® of the Year, reflecting his leadership as Council President in 2021 and as a Director of the Maine Association of Realtors® for many years.
Beyond real estate, Steve is committed to serving his community. He currently serves on the board of the York Land Trust, where he is also Treasurer, and over the years has contributed to several town initiatives including downtown revitalization and workforce development.
A graduate of Johnson State College in Vermont, Steve lives in York with his wife, Kathryn, where they enjoy the natural beauty of southern Maine.
