For Sam Yosafi, knowing Western North Carolina goes far beyond studying neighborhoods on a map. Before beginning his career in real estate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Sam spent years as a UPS driver serving communities throughout the region. That experience gave him a unique opportunity to see Western North Carolina from a perspective few people get to experience.
From the streets of Asheville to mountain towns, rural communities, and neighborhoods tucked throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains, Sam has traveled the roads, met the people, and experienced firsthand what makes this part of the country such a desirable place to call home.
Along the way, he developed a genuine appreciation for the character of WNC—its scenery, its communities, and especially the people who make each area unique. Today, he brings that familiarity to real estate, helping clients not only find the right property, but better understand the community and lifestyle surrounding it.
Sam also brings years of experience in customer service, mentorship, problem-solving, and leadership, along with his own firsthand experience in homeownership and property improvement. His approach to real estate is straightforward: listen carefully, communicate honestly, educate rather than pressure, and advocate for his clients from beginning to end.
Outside of real estate, Sam is a lifelong musician and drummer who regularly plays with bands throughout the area, giving him yet another way to stay connected to the people, culture, and creative community that make Western North Carolina such a special place to call home....
