Raised in the Midwest, Melanie brought her values, compassion and hard-working ethic to the South over 18 years ago. She attended Western Illinois University with a major in Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration, however, Real estate is her forte as she has been in the industry her entire adult life. She started her career working for a local builder in the upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina, expanding her knowledge base to Charlotte and the Piedmont of South Carolina in 2011. Working for builders gave her a unique insight to the beginning stages of…home. She has vast knowledge in everything from the dirt to the shingles. Melanie is a great listener and is very determined to create lasting relationships through great customer service. In her leisure time she loves spending time with her daughter and rescue pup Josie, traveling, music and concerts, football and participating in various community events.
