Outside of work, Roseann cherishes time with her family and community. She and her husband Tom have been happily married for over 25 years, and together they have two grown children who attended NC state colleges — UNCG and Appalachian State. When she's not helping clients find their dream home, you'll likely find her enjoying the arts, playing pickleball, hitting the hiking trails, or volunteering for a cause she believes in. As a Seller's Agent I:
● Prepare market analysis statistics.
● Provide tips to help my sellers stage property so that it will appeal to buyers.
