Hi, I’m Kathleen Penland-Jones, a proud Western North Carolina native with a passion for
homeownership in the mountains I’ve always loved. As a REALTOR with certifications as an
Accredited Buyers Agent, Home Finance Resource, and a Home Stager, I focus on first-home
buyers and sellers who need a helping hand. My roots in WNC give me deep insight into our
communities, what brings people to call this place home, and what that means for the real
estate market.

both professional and personal. With a background in customer service and civil engineering, I
