Originally from Ecuador, I’ve been proud to call Fargo/Moorhead home since 2000. My career began in healthcare, where I spent several years working in hospice and geriatric care. I’ve always been driven by a passion for helping others, and my time in healthcare reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate support, especially during some of life’s most difficult moments. Although the work was challenging, very difficult, and emotionally draining, it was deeply rewarding to know I was making a difference.
In 2021, after experiencing burnout in health care during the pandemic, I transitioned into real estate. My wife, Betsy, and I began acquiring and managing properties in the Fargo/Moorhead and Minneapolis areas. Today, we manage a growing portfolio of over 60 units in Fargo and 5 in Minneapolis. Real estate has proven to be a fulfilling and exciting new chapter for me, and I’ve found great joy in improving homes, enhancing neighborhoods, and building long-term value.
As both the owner of Bison Run Rentals and a real estate investor, I have a unique perspective on the market. I specialize in helping clients navigate the real estate process with ease, whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading to your dream property, or growing your investment portfolio. With my experience, I’m well-positioned to identify high-potential opportunities, negotiate favorable deals, and ensure that your real estate journey is both profitable and stress-free.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—my wife, Betsy, and our two daughters, Bella and Annie. I’m also an avid dog lover, and my Border Collie, Hollie, is always up for a good game of fetch. When we get the chance, we love traveling and spending time at our family beach house in Florida—a perfect escape to relax and recharge.
If you’re ready to make your next move in the Fargo/Moorhead area, I’m here to help you achieve your goals. Let’s work together to find the perfect property or investment opportunity that aligns with your vision.
