I’m Denise Thomas, a certified SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative), and BHGRE® Trendmaker Certified REALTOR® with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate | The Masiello Group. I proudly serve the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire — Cheshire County and the surrounding southern NH communities I’ve called home my entire life.
Licensed since 2005 and actively selling since 2017, I’ve helped more than 188 clients buy or sell their homes, closing over $56 million in volume. I work with buyers and sellers at every stage — first-time homebuyers, relocation clients, downsizing seniors, and investors — and I’m especially passionate about guiding seniors and families through thoughtful transitions.
