Anthony Sawicki
I’m Anthony Sawicki, a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Coccia Realty, specializing in Rutherford and the surrounding communities. Born and raised in New Jersey, I offer firsthand knowledge of the Garden State’s neighborhoods, people, and unique character.
My interest in real estate began as a kid playing Monopoly—although thankfully, my approach today involves far less arguing over Boardwalk. As the owner of investment properties, I appreciate how real estate can provide both a home and a foundation for long-term financial security.
Honesty is at the center of how I work, and I will never try to convince a client to purchase a property that does not fit their needs or budget. My goal is to help buyers, sellers, and investors understand their options, recognize necessary compromises, and make decisions they will still feel good about years from now. I also bring patience, practical problem-solving skills, and an understanding that every client’s circumstances are different.
In addition to being a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson, I have 25 years of experience as a physical therapist specializing in geriatric and sports rehabilitation. This background gives me valuable insight when helping older adults and their families navigate downsizing, selling a longtime home, or considering alternative living arrangements. I have also worked with PBS as a writer, television producer, and director—experience that strengthened my ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and tell a property’s story effectively.
I continue to write fiction novels and enjoy using creativity to explore the different stories and experiences that shape people’s lives. Whether we connect through investing, writing, television, rehabilitation, or our shared New Jersey roots, I believe strong relationships begin with listening, understanding, and genuine conversation....
