Carrie Meyer brings more than 30 years of contract negotiation experience to her real estate career, beginning as a Certified Paralegal before discovering her passion for guiding clients through homeownership. After designing and building two custom homes, she transitioned into real estate at the encouragement of a homebuilder friend. Now licensed in both Washington and New Mexico, Carrie proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Las Cruces area.
Carrie offers a strategic, modern approach to listing homes. Through her partnership with Fierce Media, she delivers targeted digital marketing campaigns and ensures her listings appear across hundreds of home search platforms. She also leverages her extensive agent network, assists with staging, and hosts engaging open houses to present each property at its best.
Her paralegal background gives her a strong command of contracts and negotiations, allowing her to protect her clients’ interests while helping them find the right home. Much of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals—a reflection of her work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to treating every client like family.
Carrie is also deeply involved in her community. She has served on multiple REALTOR® committees, held leadership roles with the Independent Brokers Association in Spokane, and supports charitable organizations including Blessings Under the Bridge and the Children’s Clubhouse. She also created Helping Heroes, a program offering cash back at closing to military members, first responders, educators, and medical professionals.
Outside of real estate, Carrie enjoys gardening, cycling, spending time with her significant other and their pets, and being with her five children and five grandchildren. She looks forward to continuing to grow her business and serving the Las Cruces community with energy, positivity, and genuine care....
