Born & raised in Kent, WA, 20 min. south of Seattle, I never imagined I would end up living in Las Cruces, NM. Long story short, after attending school back home for a couple years I decided I needed a change and it just so happened that my younger sister and my longtime friend were both attending school at New Mexico State University. They both raved about how much they loved the school, friends, and the community and I thought to myself, “Why not!” So I took the plunge, applied, got accepted and hopped on a plane to move 1648 miles. BEST DECISION EVER ! I graduated with a degree in Operations Management from NMSU, met my now husband here, worked for Union Pacific Railroad as a Manager of Yard Operations, purchased five homes, four of which are now rentals and the best part, I have two amazing son’s. All of which led to the biggest adventure of all, becoming a Realtor and working with my husband at Silverman Real Estate Group under BHGRE Steinborn & Associates.
Being a home owner is a wonderful experience in life and I want to be a part of helping people down the path of homeownership. My goal is to make sure every buyer or seller is well informed about everything going on throughout the process of buying or selling a home, so that each client can feel at ease with their transaction.
