Kevin attended New Mexico State University and graduated with a B.I.S. with a concentration in Intelligence Analysis with a minor in Business Administration. Originally from the Buffalo, NY area, his first career path was with the United States Army. Where he served as a Quartermaster and Chemical Equipment Technician. Kevin was then stationed in South Korea with the 7th Calvary and 2nd Engineer Battalion at White Sands Missile Range.
Upon earning an honorable discharge, Kevin enrolled at NMSU. While at NMSU, he was a sports official and worked four high school sports. Following graduation, he moved back to Buffalo, NY and began officiating Division III, NCAA football along with his second career working as a Labor Service Representative with NYS Department of Labor followed by Workforce Development and Recruitment Specialist at the University of New York at Buffalo.
Tired of the snow and a higher cost of living, encouraged by longtime friends Lee and Emily Silverman, Kevin decided to move back to sunny and warm Las Cruces in 2024 to begin his third career in Real Estate. Kevin has a wealth of knowledge from the skills he's acquired over the years. - such as knowledge of local markets and the city of Las Cruces, including Dona Ana County, and other areas in the Southwest, attention to detail, technical skills, leadership, communication, problem solving, organization, customer service, sales, marketing, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
Kevin is a committed leader - striving to continue serving the Las Cruces sports community as a high school football official. Kevin is also - an active member of the Veteran community and lifetime member of the VFW. New Mexico has always had a special place in his heart because of the charm, culture, weather, landscape, beautiful sunsets, food, friendly communities, and overall better quality of life.
