Michael Segars
I was born and raised in Hartsville, SC. Upon graduation from the College of Charleston in 1994, I moved to Vail, Colorado. There I worked in the tourist industry before moving back home to join the family business in 1999.
I've managed build to suit projects on behalf of the family business in some 14 states, as far west as New Mexico and all along the front range of the Rockies. I also enjoy working with both buyers and sellers in our local residential market. The buying and selling of a home can be stressful. I, as well as the other agents in our office work hard to make each transaction as smooth as possible.
Outside of work I serve or have served on many boards in our area such as the Hartsville Boys and Girls Club, Billie Hardee Home for Boys, Darlington County Economic Board and Darlington County Road and Bridges Committee, to name a few.
I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life while assisting in the buying or selling of property here in Hartsville.
