I grew up in Goldsboro, North Carolina, but for the past 29 years, Tabor City has been home. That's where my husband, Chris, whom I met at East Carolina University, and I raised our family. He's a contractor in the Myrtle Beach area, and his work in home building and remodeling first sparked my interest in real estate. I've always loved looking at houses and imagining the lives that would unfold inside them, whether brand-new builds or homes full of character and history.
I earned my South Carolina real estate license in early 2025 and proudly joined the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living shortly after. I was drawn to this company because of its people, supportive, welcoming, and passionate about helping clients, and because a trusted friend, now a coworker, had nothing but great things to say about working here.
Before real estate, I spent many years as a middle school language arts teacher and also taught high school English. When I wasn't in the classroom, I was behind the camera, running a successful photography business specializing in portraits of graduates, families, brides, and children. That experience, combined with my teaching background, taught me the importance of patience, communication, and connecting with just about anyone.
What sets me apart as an agent is my knowledge of home construction, my familiarity with Myrtle Beach and its surrounding neighborhoods, and my high-energy, approachable personality. I'm excited to meet new clients, explore beautiful homes, and help match people with the perfect place to call their own. Whether I'm hosting an open house or helping someone close on their dream home, I'm all in, and I can't wait to get started.
